Community Involvement

Encouraging Support in the Cleanup Process

CERCLA and other environmental programs encourage the public to be involved in the environmental cleanup process, particularly at the point in the process where a decision is made about how a site will be remediated.

Community Involvement Plan

The Community Involvement Plan outlines the community involvement activities required by environmental laws, as well as other community involvement activities that the Air Force plans to undertake to keep the community informed.  Click here to review the August 2016 Plan.

Advisory Board

A key component of the Air Force's Community Involvement Program is the Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) which looks at environmental issues at McGuire, Dix and Lakehurst.   Visit the RAB page to learn more.
